LOVELAND, OH―Washing Systems, LLC (WSI), announced today that it has acquired the assets of Clearbrook, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Clearbrook is based in Neenah, WI, and provides proprietary and innovative water treatment products to its loyal customer base. The Company specializes in consultative driven processes that drive operational solutions and regulatory compliance. President and CEO Bill Lahvic and the entire Clearbrook team will join WSI and continue to grow the Clearbrook customer base.
